Kapasite sorunu olan devletlerin iç politikalarındaortaya çıkan sorunlar zaman içinde dış politika sorunu haline gelmektedir. Bu perspektiften2011 yılından beri devam edegelen Suriye sorununun bir devlet kapasitesi problemi olduğuaçıktır. Suriye'nin bağımsızlığından itibaren ortaya çıkan sorunlu iç politikası bu durumungerçekleşmesine yol açmış ve sonuçta başta Türkiye olmak üzere çevresini etkileyen birproblem alanı haline dönüşmüştür.
It is directly proportional to the capacity of a state to act in the study ofinternational politics. In this respect, the capacity of the state also provides an important studyin order to evaluate the staus quo. The problems that arise in the internal policies of stateswith capacity problems become foreign policy problems over time. From this perspective, itis clear that the Syrian problem, which has been going on since 2011, is a state capacityproblem. Syria's troubled domestic politics since independence have led to an emergingrealization of this situation and has become a propbe areas resulting primarily affecting theenvironment, including Turkey.
