Özet

Acquired lymphangiectasia is a condition of superficial lymphatic vessels expansion. This condition develops in cases of lymphatic drainage corruption and obstruction of lymphatic vessels, due to various external factors. In the formation of acquired lymphangiectasia may be responsible malignancy, surgery, Crohn's disease, radiotherapy, keloids and infections. Clinically, in patients, bright vesicles, bullae and lymphedema are seen. This entity is important in patients with malignancies, because the image can be confused with cutaneous metastasis. Therefore the diagnosis and treatment is very important. Our patient was a fifty-one years old female, who has undergone a mastectomy due to breast cancer, four years ago. Since three months, distally of the operation area erythematous bright, not showing sensitivity papular lesions were noticed in the patient, undergone also chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Punch biopsy of the lesions was made. This patient, diagnosed histopathologically with cutaneous acquired lymphangiectasia was presented in accompanation of the literature.
