Özet

In this research, synthesis of some complexes in the presence ofPt(II) were studied. The structure of the compounds were elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR, Mass and Elemental Analyses. The cytotoxicity of Pt-complex was evaluated. The cellular responses through MTT method were measured in normal rat embryo fibroblast line F2408 andH-ras active-rat embryo fibroblast line 5RP7.
