Abstract

Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome that can result from any structural or functional cardiac disorder. Heart failure (HF) is a major and growing public health problem in the whole world, in part because of increasing numbers of patients with HF due to better treatment and salvage of patients with acute myocardial infarction earlier in life. Also heart failure is a major clinical syndrome that can cause increasing cardiovascular mortality and morbidity. The number of HF deaths has increased steadily despite advances in treatment. This article includes follow-up of the policlinic patients with heart failure and treatment of them.
