Bu çalışmada, ayrımcılıkla mücadele ve devlet yükümlü- lükleri ağırlıklı bir belge olan Birleşmiş Milletler Engelli Hakları Söz- leşmesi’ndeki ayrımcılık yasağı hükümleri incelenecek, Sözleşme’yeuyum konusunda taraf ülke Türkiye’nin alması gereken yasal, idari,toplumsal ve siyasal önlemler/eylemler üzerinde durularak önerilergeliştirmeye çalışılacaktır.
In this study, discrimination ban rules in UnitedNations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities whichpredominantly consist struggle against discrimination and stateresponsibilities, will be analyzed. On the subject of adaptation toagreement, legal, administrative, social and political preventions/ actions of Turkey as a signatory country will be emphasized andbringing of solution overtures to adaptation problem will be tried.
