Bu çalışmada, oral yolla uygulanan alüminyumun fare tiroid bezi folikülleri üzerindeki etkileri araştırıldı. Alüminyum % 0.1, % 1 ve % 5 lik AlCl3 şeklinde içme suyu olarak verildi. Sonuçlar alüminyumun doza bağlı olarak tiroid foliküllerinde yapısal doku hasarına ve hücre hasarına neden olduğunu işaret etmektedir.
In this study, the effects of aluminium applied through oral way on mouse thyroid follicles were investigated. Aluminium was applied as drinking water, at concentrations of 0.1 %, 1 % and 5 % AlCl3. The results indicate that aluminium caused structural tissue degeneration and cellular injury of thyroid follicles, depending on the dose.
