Araştırma Trakya bölgesinde farklı yükselti ve toprak yapısına sahip farklı ekolojik alanlarda dağılım gösteren önemli bazı Vicia cinsine ait türlerin belirlenmesi, türlerin tarla koşullarında yetiştirilerek verim ve verim özelliklerinin saptanması amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Bölgede İki yıl boyunca sürdürülen sörvey çalışmaları sonucunda toplanan 23 farklı tür arasında yer alan 6 türe ait 33 genotip, 2 yıl süresince Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Deneme ve Uygulama alanında yetiştirilmiştir. İki yıl boyunca verim ve özellikleri belirlenmiş ve basit istatistiki analiz sonuçları ile Biplot analizi, grafik olarak verilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda en uygun seleksiyon kriterlerinin sap çapı, bin tane ağırlığı ve bitki tohum verimi olduğu saptanmıştır.
This research was carried out with the aim of determining some important Vicia species distributed in different ecological areas with different elevation and soil structure in Thrace region and determining the yield and yield characteristics of the species by growing them under field conditions. Thirty-three genotypes belonging to 6 species among 23 different species collected as a result of the surveys carried out in the region for two years were grown in Tekirdağ Namik Kemal University Faculty of Agriculture Experiment and Application area for two years. Yield and characteristics were determined for two years and the results of simple statistical analyses and Biplot analysis were given graphically. As a result of Biplot analysis, it was determined that the most suitable selection criteria were number of days to fruit ripening, number of days to harvest and plant seed yield.
