Özet

In the present study, forced vibration of nano-plates is studied using the nonlocal elasticity theory. The Navier type solution method is used for simply supported nano-plates. Results are given for different nonlocality parameter, different length of plates and different loading conditions. The results show that the nonlocality effects should be considered for nano-scale plates. The nonlocality effects increase with increasing mode number. The present result can be used for single layer graphene sheets. © 2011 Elsevier B.V.
