Özet

Although mental changes and cognitive disorders are seen frequently in myotonic dystrophy (MD) there are only three cases of MD associated with parkinsonism reported in the literature. We report another case of this extremely rare combination. © 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
