SAĞLIKTA KALİTE VE AKREDİTASYON STANDARTLARI: EDİRNE, KIRKLARELİ VE TEKİRDAĞ’DAKİ HASTANELERİN WEBSİTELERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Özet

Bu çalışmada Edirne, Kırklareli ve Tekirdağ illerinde bulunan kamu ve özel sektöre ait hastanelerin web siteleri kalite ve akreditasyon standartları bakımından incelenmiş ve bu standartlara uygunlukları değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmada, 18’i devlet 14’ü özel olmak üzere toplamda 32 hastanenin web sitesi 20 Mart-24 Mart 2018 tarihleri arasında tarama modeliyle incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular SPSS 17.0 istatistik programı yardımıyla tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda devlet hastanelerinin özel hastanelere oranla hem kurumsal yapı ve iletişim bakımından, hem de kalite bakımından Sağlıkta Kalite Standartları ve Sağlıkta Akreditasyon Standartları kriterlerine daha uygun web sitelerine sahip oldukları görülmüştür.
In this study, public and private sector hospitals in Edirne, Kırklareli andTekirdağ provinces were examined and evaluated for compliance with these standards interms of web sites quality and accreditation standards. For this purpose, the web site of a totalof 32 hospitals, 18 of which are public and 14 of which are private, were examined by usinga screening model between 20 March and 24 March 2018 and the findings were presented intabular form with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical program. As a result of the review, it hasbeen seen that public hospitals have web sites that are more in line with institutional structure,communication and quality than the criteria of Health Quality Standards and HealthAccreditation Standards compared to private hospitals.
