Öğrenciler aldıkları eğitimle iş hayatında neyi amaçladıklarını belirleyebildikleri takdirde iş hayatında dahabaşarılı olabilmektedirler, bu sebeple öğrencilerin yol haritalarını bilinçli bir şekilde tespit etmeleri önemlidir.Çalışanlar kariyer hedefine sahipseler iş hayatında daha mutlu olmakta ve daha özverili çalışmaktadırlar. Buçalışma iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) bölümü okuyan öğrencilerin kariyer planlamaya ilişkin görüşlerininincelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Honaz Meslek Yüksekokulu İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Programına kayıtlı 189öğrenciye 5’li Likert ölçeğine göre hazırlanmış bir anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada öğrencilere beşli Likertcevap bileşenini içeren 26 soru ile dört adet demografi sorusu yöneltilmiştir. Sonuçlara bakıldığında; kariyerplanlamanın bireysel kariyer amaçlarının ve bu amaçlara ulaşmak için gereken amaçların belirlenmesi süreciolduğuna ve kariyer planlamanın temelinin çalışma yaşamı ile ilgili amaçların oluşturulması olduğuna dairkatılım yüksek düzeydedir. Buna göre öğrenciler kariyer planlamanın öneminin farkında olup çalışma yaşamındabir yol haritası gerektiğinin bilincindedirler.
By the help of training activities and the aim of getting good carrier, students can be more successful in their work life. Because of this situation the students should be conscious while determining their carrier road. If the emloyees have got carrier target, they will be more happy in their work life and work more dedicated. This study’s aim is to analyze the opinion about carrier planning of occupational health and safety training students at Pamukkale University. 5 Likert Scale survey is used in the study and 140 students from occupational health and safety training programme are included in this study. In the study, students were asked about 26 questions including the 5 Likert response component and four demographic questions. According to the results; so many participants agree about career planning is the process of setting individual career goals and objectives to achieve those goals, and that the basis of career planning is the creation of goals related to working life. Accordingly, students are aware of the importance of career planning and are aware that a road map is needed in their working life.
