Lichen nitidus is a rare disease characterized by asymptomatic micropapules and its cause is unknown. In this article, because of its rare occurrence, we report a case of lichen nitidus in a 32 year-old female patient who had non-pruritic, small, skin-colored, shiny papules on the arms and abdomen. Histopathological findings were identical to lichen nitidus. The total electrical current given amounted to 20 mA for each lasting 30 minutes. Therapy consisted of 25 sessions in five weeks.
