Abstract

Homicide followed by suicide incident is described as an individual kills one or more other persons and subsequently committed suicide. In this paper, we aimed to present a case of self throat-cutting from an act of suicide after severed the head of his two daughters from their whole body by a sharp object, in view of the literature.
