This study aims to leave a brief mark on the precarisation, the uncertainty and the fear in working life. There can be said that thesecomponents of working life are the explanatory codes of the condition of working class in modern-day capitalism. These dimensionshane united with main historical tendencies of capitalism and have played a critical role on weakening the relative position of labouragainst capital in a relationship such reproduces itself and contains each other. This study benefits from the indepth interviews done bythe author with the members of the working class while it bandies about such ideas on the precaritazion, the uncertainty, and the fear.
Bu çalışma, çalışma yaşamında güvencesizleşme, belirsizlik ve korku üzerine kimi notlar düşmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmayaşamının bileşeni olan bu üç unsurun, günümüz kapitalizminde işçi sınıfının içerisinde bulunduğu koşulların açıklayıcı koduolduğu söylenebilir. Bu üç boyut, birbirini içeren ve yeniden üreten bir ilişki ağı içerisinde, kapitalizmin tarihsel işleyiş eğilimleriile birleşmiş ve küresel kapitalizmde emeğin sermaye karşısındaki göreli konumu zayıfl atan kritik bir işlev üstlenmiştir. Çalışmabu zeminde, güvencesizleşme, belirsizlik ve korku üzerine kimi düşünceler ortaya atarken, yazarın işçi sınıfı üyeleri ile yaptığıderinlemesine görüşmelerden de beslenmektedir.
